To upload your prescription, visit www.Zoiehealth.com and click on the pharmacy tab. Select “Deliver My Script” and follow the prompts. You will be asked to upload your prescription, provide identification documents, personal details, medical aid information, and any relevant allergies or current medications. Our pharmacist will review your script and provide a provisional quote.
If you encounter any issues while uploading your prescription, simply email us at support@zoiehealth.com. Our customer support team will assist you promptly and help resolve any technical difficulties you may be facing.
We prioritise the safe and effective use of medication. As part of our process, a telephonic consultation with the patient is required before dispensing of medication. Our pharmacist will guide you on how to use your medication, answer any medication-related questions you may have, verify your satisfaction with the prescribed original or generic, and address any other concerns or queries. This consultation ensures that you have a clear understanding of how to safely and effectively use your medication.
Orders can be placed at all times, however, our pharmacy is only open Mondays to Fridays 8AM to 12PM (excluding public holidays). Delivery times are dependent on your location and stock levels in the pharmacy.
