Consult

You can book a consult using the link on our website, on our app or via our WhatsApp line.

Once your consult is booked you will need to make the neccesary payment in order to secure your appointment. On the day of your appointment, you will receive a link/email which confirms all your details for your provider to contact you either by video call or telephonically.

You can make payment using your credit or debit card. You can also pay via EFT or medical aid (for selected consultations).

Consults are 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on which consult you book. 

You can pay for select consults and subscription services with your medical aid. Certain shop products will soon be made available to be purchased through medical aid. 

Virtual consults range from R250 to R400. Specialist consults are based on their rates which are made available under their provider tab.

We are online based and have a host of services for you to explore and enjoy – Community, Consults, MyContraceptive, Resources and Shop.

Yes, we do. An OBGYN can assist with your specific fertility needs.

Once a consult is booked and paid for, you will need to fill in a detailed medical questionnaire which the doctor will use in consult with you. A link will be sent out the morning of your appointment and you will be able to consult with the doctor and get all the advice you need. Any blood forms, referral forms etc. will be sent to you after the consult.

Once your consult is confirmed you will receive an email with a link where you will be able to reschedule your consult or you can contact support@zoiehealth.com. Please provide the date and time that works for you.

Delivery

For MyContraceptive medication, you will receive your contraceptives within 24-48 hours. Any medication purchased on the shop is delivered within 1-7 working days.

We are able to deliver across all areas of South Africa.

MyContraceptive

Your prescription is emailed to you after your consultation.

You receive your prescription no more than one hour after your consultation.

No, once your script is expired you will receive a link and you will be able to request a new script using that link.
